Photos from a conference I attended in Groningen in the Netherlands on the Reionisation of the Universe during June 2005. Although the conference kept me very busy I did manage to find time to but some shoes aka my running clogs!
Photos from my observing trip to Chile in August 2005. I visited Paranal for 3 nights of observing using ISAAC, an infrared instrument. Paranal is around 2 hours south of Anfoagasta at the southern tip of the Atacama desert.

Staff vs Student Cricket Match 2006
Photos from the deciding staff vs student cricket match. The staff won with 137 runs compared to the students 62 runs. Despite the student's loss a good evening was had by all.
Cosmic Frontiers Conference, Durham 2006
Photos from the Cosmic Frontiers conference in Durham. Lots of fun was had at the conference dinner in Durham Castle with the consumption of a few bottles of wine. A good time was also had on the BBQ boat trip as can be seen here and here
