Cartesian Matching of Elliptical Regions
For advanced users, it is possible to supply the name of a class
on the classpath which implements the
uk.ac.starlink.table.join.MatchEngine interface
and which has a no-arg constructor.
This allows java programmers to write their own matchers using any
match criteria and binning algorithms they choose.
