scamp

SCAMP reads SExtractor catalogs and computes astrometric and photometric solutions for any arbitrary sequence of FITS images in a completely automatic way.

Usage

setenv LD_LIBRARY_PATH /usr/lib64/atlas:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
/usr/local/bin/scamp

gotchas

Need to check ls /usr/lib64/atlas lists files on your machine, if not, contact system manager.

The latest version requires liblapack.so and libblas.so amongst others, so if your machine moans about missing libraries. Contact your system amanager.

Note: Uses /usr/lib64/atlas libraries not /usr/lib64/atlas-sse* ones.
